Spring Valley Lake is a private-gate community in Southern California's High Desert near Victorville, built around a man-made lake. School bands, church choirs, and community events supply most music, with occasional acoustic acts at local restaurants. Los Angeles musicians drive in for events.

Performances happen at the community center, clubhouse, local park pavilion, church fellowship halls, and nearby bars and restaurants. Spring Valley Lake has no dedicated concert venue.

Local and regional artists perform here, with musicians from the nearby Victorville and Los Angeles scene occasionally passing through.

Check the community association bulletin board, connect with the local high school music program, and ask nearby restaurants about acoustic sets. Regular paid work usually requires driving to Victorville or the Los Angeles area.
