Jurupa Valley is a Riverside County city with a scene tied to Inland Empire Latin music, classic rock cover bands, and backyard party culture. Incorporated in 2011, it is still developing formal cultural infrastructure. Most musicians commute to Los Angeles, Orange County, or Riverside.

Local restaurants and community halls provide small stages for weekend cover bands and Latin ensembles, while seasonal park and rodeo events bring occasional live music. The city lacks dedicated venues, so most acts perform in Riverside, Ontario, or Pomona.
