Stuttgart is a rice farming center in eastern Arkansas where music is part of church life, school programs, and duck-season community events. Country, gospel, and blues players from the Little Rock area sometimes drive in for festival dates and local bar gigs.

Expect music at the county fairgrounds, local bar or restaurant, and church fellowship hall. The high school auditorium also hosts concerts and seasonal programs.

Stuttgart has no nationally recognized native artists. Local and regional performers keep things going, with musicians from the Little Rock area occasionally passing through.
